Imagine Schools is proud to announce that ten of its 16 campuses in Florida received “A” ratings from the Florida Department of Education, a recognition that highlights their unwavering commitment to academic excellence and character development.

The A-rated schools are:

  • Imagine School at Broward
  • Imagine Charter School at Weston
  • Imagine Charter School at Plantation
  • Imagine School at Land O’Lakes
  • Imagine School at North Port High
  • Imagine School at North Port Elementary
  • Imagine School at North Manatee
  • Imagine School at West Melbourne
  • Imagine School at South Vero
  • Imagine School at South Lake

Each of these tuition-free, public charter schools is guided by Imagine’s national framework, which places equal importance on academic achievement and character education. The schools are known for their commitment to family engagement, a safe and inclusive learning environment, and a strong focus on student-centered instruction.

The ratings are based on Florida’s school accountability system, which evaluates student achievement, learning gains, and overall school performance. The recognition reflects the deep commitment of Imagine educators, students, and families to creating thriving learning environments that support the whole child.

“Florida is home to some of our most innovative and inspiring campuses,” said Jason Bryant, Co-CEO of Imagine Schools. “To have ten of our schools earn ‘A’ ratings is a powerful affirmation of their focus on excellence in both academics and character. We’re incredibly proud of their accomplishments.”

“Achieving an ‘A’ rating across these campuses demonstrates the power of our partnership – trust in teachers, collaboration with families, and shared ownership of school goals,” said Susan Onori, South Florida Regional Director of Imagine Schools. “We are especially proud of how our schools have embraced continuous improvement, innovation, and equity to ensure every child reaches their full potential.”

Diane Thorne, Executive Vice President for Imagine Schools North Florida, added, “Our teachers have worked with intention, compassion, and professionalism to help students grow not only academically, but also in character. These ‘A’ ratings validate their tireless efforts and the strength of the communities we serve.”
