Imagine Schools is proud to announce that two of its Florida campuses, Imagine Broward and Imagine North Port, have been recognized as 2025–2026 Green Shield Schools by The Positivity Project. This distinction places both schools among an elite group of more than 800 schools across 25 states that are leading the way in building strong character, meaningful relationships, and positive school cultures.
The Green Shield School designation represents a high standard of excellence, honoring schools that intentionally and effectively integrate character strengths into every aspect of the school experience. This recognition reflects a deep commitment to cultivating environments where students, staff, and families feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive.

The Positivity Project, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization, partners with schools to empower students to build strong relationships through the understanding and practice of character strengths. Rooted in the science of positive psychology, the program emphasizes that individuals can better understand themselves and others by recognizing the 24 universal character strengths that define who we are.
Schools earning the Green Shield designation demonstrate excellence across six key categories: Community Impact, Classroom Implementation, Schoolwide Implementation, Student Engagement, Family Engagement, and Leadership. This comprehensive approach ensures that character development is not limited to a single program or initiative, but instead becomes a living, breathing part of the entire school culture.
